For your body. For your mind. For the life you’re living.

Your information, with care

Privacy &
your choices.

This notice describes the current Millywell website and its early launch forms. Updated October 27, 2026.

Your planner, care notes, and saved reading.

The weekly reset, appointment notes you explicitly choose to save, and bookmarked stories are stored in your browser’s local storage. The website does not send that plan or reading list to Millywell. They do not sync between devices. Anyone using the same browser profile may be able to see them. Use “Start fresh” to reset the planner or clear this site’s browser data to remove all local information.

The health companion tools.

The companion reading choices, meal builder, symptom notes and timeline, evening planner, support menu, conversation drafts, checkup agenda, and appointment questions work in page memory. Entries are not sent to Millywell or saved automatically. Reload the page to reset them. Anyone using your open browser may see the entries; a browser may retain a page when you use its back button. Downloading or printing creates a copy on your own device or printer; keep it somewhere private. These tools do not sync with the separate care-notes tool or other devices.

Information you choose to send.

Launch forms collect your email, the type of update you requested, consent version, and submission time. Contact forms also collect the message and request category you provide. This information is stored in the website’s hosted database so Millywell can manage launch interest, correspondence, and privacy requests. There is no public directory or public access to form submissions.

Please do not send diagnoses, symptoms, health records, payment details, or other sensitive information. Millywell is not a healthcare provider and these forms are not a medical inbox.

Emails and consent.

A launch signup records your interest; this form does not send an automated welcome email. Launch communications will begin only after the email setup is ready. A contact message does not opt you into marketing. To leave a launch list or request deletion, submit a privacy request through the contact form using the relevant email address. Requests are handled manually, and we may need to verify them.

Hosting, security, and external links.

The hosting platform processes website requests and may keep technical and security logs or use cookies for access and security. We have not added advertising pixels or third-party behavioral analytics to this edition. Fonts and page images are hosted with the site. If you open an external source or an Amazon affiliate link, that site’s own privacy practices apply. Amazon links include our affiliate tag; Amazon may use its own cookies and attribution systems after you follow a link.

Recommendation link counts.

When a visitor activates a named recommendation’s Amazon button, the site may add one to an aggregate count for that product and New York calendar date. This counter stores no individual event, article address, referring page, health information, form content, account ID, IP address, or browser identifier. It uses no analytics cookies or third-party tracking script. The counter request omits cookies and the referring page. Your comparison choices stay in page memory and are not included.

We skip these counts when your browser sends Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track. These are button-activation counts, not unique people, completed purchases or verified commissions. The hosting platform may still keep its ordinary technical logs as described above. Amazon has its own practices after you follow a link.

How we use and keep submissions.

We use submitted information for the purpose shown on the form, to manage consent, and to respond to requests. We do not sell form submissions or use them for behavioral advertising. Authorized site operators and hosting service providers may process them. We retain information while it is needed for that purpose and review retention as the launch develops; you can request deletion.

A first edition.

This version has no payment checkout and collects no card information. If Millywell adds purchases, person-level analytics, accounts, or additional services, this notice will need to reflect those changes before they are introduced. For questions about current data use, send a privacy request.
